This Special Interest Group will explore how digital technologies, data, communications and artificial intelligence can strengthen UK home defence, societal resilience and national preparedness. The discussion will focus not only on military operations overseas but on the protection, continuity and resilience of the UK homeland.

Participants will consider how digital and AI-enabled capabilities can support:

• Critical National Infrastructure (CNI)
• Energy security
• Food security
• Rural resilience
• Emergency response
• Communications infrastructure
• Digital enabled decision making
• Public safety
• Defence support networks
• Supply chains
• Community resilience

The event will seek to identify vulnerabilities, capability gaps and collaboration opportunities across industry, academia, public sector and defence stakeholders.
